Therapist Availability
At this time, sessions are provided by a male therapist only. We kindly ask that you ensure you’re comfortable with this before booking. Your comfort and trust are our top priorities, and you can rest assured that every session is guided by the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and care. We understand some clients may prefer a female therapist, and we are actively working to add one to our team in the near future. In the meantime, we’re here to provide you with a safe, knowledgeable, and welcoming experience.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, which is why your first last-minute cancellation will be charged 50% of service cost. Please note that filling an appointment on short notice is often not possible and does impact the business.After your one-time waiver, any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service.A better option than canceling is to send a friend or family member in your place. This way, your time is still valued, and someone you care about can benefit from the session.Thank you for respecting this policy and supporting the time, energy, and care that goes into every appointment.
Late Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always run on schedule, and it’s always better to arrive late than to cancel. However, due to scheduling, we’re unable to extend sessions beyond the reserved time and appreciate your understanding. We encourage you to arrive about 10 minutes early to check in, grab some water, and settle in so you can begin your session relaxed and unhurried. Appointments start promptly at the scheduled time, which includes the few minutes it takes to get undressed and onto the table. Thank you for working with us to make the most of your time here.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is always our goal. Please note that refunds are not available once a session has been completed. If you’re unable to attend an appointment, the best option is to send a friend or family member in your place—this allows the time to be used and helps avoid the cancellation fee.
Gratuity Policy
Your health and comfort are always our focus. While gratuity is often customary, it is never expected here. Think of our work as you would a medical massage—just as you wouldn’t tip your doctor, tips are not required. That said, if you feel inclined to leave a gratuity, it is always appreciated but entirely at your discretion.
Appointment Only
We do not accept walk-ins at this time. All sessions must be booked through our website to ensure availability and provide a seamless experience. Booking online allows you to secure your spot and payment in advance, while also guaranteeing that you’ll be seen at your desired day and time. This system helps keep everything organized, safe, and prepared for your visit.
In-take Forms
Please take a moment to complete your intake forms as thoroughly as possible. Your massage therapist will carefully review them to ensure there are no medical contraindications that may require adjusting your treatment—or, in some cases, rescheduling for a safer time.Completing these forms in advance also helps save time during your visit. Instead of going through lengthy questions in person, your therapist can simply confirm key details and begin your session right away—tailored to your needs and in the safest way possible.
Code of Conduct
Our priority is to keep every session safe and comfortable. Any form of sexual language, advances, or behavior will not be tolerated. If this occurs, the session will end immediately, future bookings will be prohibited, and no refund will be issued. We work hard to provide an environment rooted in respect and kindness, and we expect the same in return.
